According to a recent study conducted by XpertHR, an online HR resource that, in September of 2020 surveyed 563 employers in the US and found that Recruiting and Hiring in 2021 is the greatest workplace challenge. Additionally, the survey found that of the 563 employers polled, nearly half of respondents stated that they plan to increase their workforce in 2021.
