Training & eTracking Solutions has recently released a new offering of the District of Columbia’s Department on Disability Services’ required Phase I and Phase III CORE trainings. Today we’ll go over some of the features of these exciting new programs.
Presentations are available for all topics in both the Phase I and Phase III CORE curriculums, from start to finish, so you or your employees have access to everything they need to become certified quickly and easily.
We make use of audio and visual presentations, as well as interactive activities, to enhance learning and information retention.
Users only need to sign into a single program to get full access to courses and quizzes. As soon as they have viewed the content presentation for a particular training module, users are automatically directed to the quiz section, where they can immediately assess what they have learned.
In addition to our initial presentations, we also offer a comprehensive feedback system for participants in our courses. For any incorrect answers entered on the quiz, users are automatically directed to the information in the presentation that they will need to review. We also offer immediate feedback on all interactive activities, to ensure employees get the most out of each training module.
Once the quiz is complete, users will receive a grade immediately, in addition to feedback on any incorrect responses. These grades are automatically stored in the user’s file in our online tracking system, eliminating the need to manually record and file results.
Users or agencies can generate reports based on their data, to get a quick overview of completed quizzes, courses that need to be repeated, upcoming training requirements, and more.
Because we believe it’s best to let you experience our system for yourself, we’re offering a free demo of our complete training and tracking system.
