Training for Arkansas providers

Arkansas. DSP training built around the CES Waiver standards, tracked for every employee.

DDS requires every CES Waiver employee to be trained on eight core topics before unsupervised contact and refreshed every other year; TeTS maps each one and tracks the clocks.

Every CES Waiver training standard, one pathway

Arkansas's CES Waiver provider certification standards name the training each agency must give its staff: eight topics before unsupervised beneficiary contact, beneficiary-specific training on the same trigger, refreshers every other calendar year, and CPR and First Aid. TeTS maps each topic and tracks every clock.

How the pathway runs it

Assign the Arkansas pathway at hire and each core topic is due before the employee’s first unsupervised contact; the refresher clock runs on the calendar, every other year, as the standards require. Beneficiary-specific training and CPR/First Aid cards are logged as evidence beside the courses, so a DDS reviewer sees one record per employee.

The platform

The pathway keeps you compliant. The LMS is why agencies stay.

Requirement tracking, a full learning management system, a 770-course library and the tools to host your own training, in one login for every manager and every direct support professional.

Arkansas compliance pathway

Every training rule the state puts on your agency, as a live checklist per employee — enrolled at hire, renewed on the right clock, evidence attached and ready for the surveyor.

The learning management system

One place to assign, deliver and track all of it: group auto-enrollment, automatic renewals, reminders that chase completions, certificates, and reports your reviewer can read.

770-course library, 23 languages

Host your own training

Upload SCORM packages, policies and procedures, or build courses in the platform, and roll them out beside the catalog with the same tracking.

DirectCareChat

An AI assistant for the floor: staff ask practice and policy questions and get answers grounded in the trainings they completed.

Migration and setup, included

Your existing training records move with you and map to the pathway, and every new organization gets 15 hours of setup consulting.

Who we are

Family-run since 2010, built for human services.

We only serve the organizations that care for people: I/DD providers, adult day centers, assisted living and the agencies around them.

Training & eTracking Solutions was founded in 2010 by Martin Dennis, who spent years insuring human service organizations and saw how hard it was for them to get good, affordable training. Fifteen years and more than two million completed trainings later, the company is still independently owned and family-run, based in Tolland, Connecticut, and serving more than two hundred organizations.

Our pathways are built from each state's own rule, the catalog is NADSP-accredited, and every course is written for the people doing the work, not for a hospital.
