Training tracking

Training tracking software built for the day a surveyor asks

Completing a course is the easy part. The hard part is showing, for every person, which requirement it satisfied, when it expires, and where the certificate is. TES keeps that record in one place for I/DD, assisted living, adult day, and the other human services settings we train.

  • 400+ courses and programs
  • 200,000+ professionals trained
  • Since 2010

What the record shows

  • One checklist per staff member, with the due date and status of each requirement.
  • Renewals on the clock they actually follow, from before the first shift to annual and multi-year cycles.
  • Outside training in the same file: CPR and First Aid cards, medication credentials, and state-platform completions.
  • A live compliance view of who is current, due, or overdue, with evidence attached.
  • Due-date tracking for new hires and annual requirements, so you can see what is coming up before it lapses.

Reporting, without making it the whole product

Dashboards and exports live with the record. See how tracking and reporting work. If you already use another system for HR or payroll, the integrations page lists what connects. The tracking still starts from the requirement, not from the integration.

Getting started

We present the platform live, then give you a demo environment with its own login. Every new organization gets 15 hours of setup consulting. We handle the migration of the training records you already have.

Frequently asked questions

What does the tracking record include?

Each requirement shows what is done, what is due, and what needs to be renewed. Outside certificates, such as CPR or a state-platform module, sit in the same record as online courses.

Can a surveyor report be pulled without rebuilding a spreadsheet?

Yes. The compliance view shows every staff member against every requirement, with evidence attached, and the record can be exported.

Do we have to move our history ourselves?

No. TES handles the migration: we take your training records, host them, and map them to your compliance pathways.
