Training for Idaho providers

Idaho. DSP training built around DHW’s requirements, enrolled at hire and renewed yearly.

Idaho’s developmental-disability agency rule requires a set list of staff training before work begins and again every year. TeTS maps each topic to a course and tracks every clock.

Every DHW training requirement, one pathway

Idaho’s certification rule for developmental disabilities agencies, residential habilitation agencies and adult residential care facilities names the training staff must complete before working with participants and annually after that, documented by date, description and trainer. TeTS maps each topic and tracks both clocks.

Before working with participants, then every year

How the pathway runs it

Assign the Idaho pathway and each new hire is enrolled in the core topics before they work with participants; every completion starts a 365-day clock and re-enrolls automatically. CPR, participant-specific training and the Department-approved medication course are logged as evidence beside the courses, so one record per employee holds what DHW asks to see.

Who we are

Family-run since 2010, built for human services.

We only serve the organizations that care for people: I/DD providers, adult day centers, assisted living and the agencies around them.

Training & eTracking Solutions was founded in 2010 by Martin Dennis, who spent years insuring human service organizations and saw how hard it was for them to get good, affordable training. Fifteen years and more than two million completed trainings later, the company is still independently owned and family-run, based in Tolland, Connecticut, and serving more than two hundred organizations.

Our pathways are built from each state's own rule, the catalog is NADSP-accredited, and every course is written for the people doing the work, not for a hospital.
