Training for Kansas providers

Kansas. DSP training built to your CDDO’s checklist, tracked for every employee.

Kansas’s community-provider standards require competent, trained staff before anyone works unsupervised, and your CDDO checks the file — we map each topic to training and track it per employee.

The CDDO training checklist, mapped topic by topic

Kansas sets no statewide hour minimum, curriculum or vendor. Its community-provider regulations require competency before unsupervised work, and each of the 27 CDDOs verifies a checklist of training topics. TeTS maps those topics to coursework, tracks hands-on certifications as evidence, and keeps the file ready.

The pathway

One clock per employee

Every checklist topic assigned automatically at hire, in the order your CDDO expects
Auto-enrolled pathway
Certificates and evidence in one file for the affiliate review
Ready for your CDDO
How the pathway runs it

Assign the Kansas pathway at hire and every checklist topic is enrolled before the employee works unsupervised; CPR/first aid and medication credentials are logged as evidence with their dates. Each completion carries a certificate, so the file your CDDO asks for is one export, not a weekend of binders.

Migration and setup, included

Your existing training records move with you and map to the pathway, and every new organization gets 15 hours of setup consulting.

Who we are

Family-run since 2010, built for human services.

We only serve the organizations that care for people: I/DD providers, adult day centers, assisted living and the agencies around them.

Training & eTracking Solutions was founded in 2010 by Martin Dennis, who spent years insuring human service organizations and saw how hard it was for them to get good, affordable training. Fifteen years and more than two million completed trainings later, the company is still independently owned and family-run, based in Tolland, Connecticut, and serving more than two hundred organizations.

Our pathways are built from each state's own rule, the catalog is NADSP-accredited, and every course is written for the people doing the work, not for a hospital.
