State version
Every training Arizona requires for direct support professionals, with the deadline and the official rule, so you can check each staff file before your next review. The rows below are the AHCCCS Direct Care Worker rules in AMPM Policy 1240-A. Article 9 and Prevention and Support/PROUD are DDD-certified-instructor courses. TES tracks those certificates. It does not replace the DDD course. DDD timing was not confirmed because the provider manual could not be fetched, so those rows are not listed.
