Iowa DSP Training Audit Checklist
Every training Iowa requires for direct support professionals, with the deadline and the official rule, so you can check each staff file before your next review. Chapter 77 was reorganized effective July 1, 2026. HCBS habilitation is 441—77.30 and HCBS intellectual disability waiver providers are 441—77.40. Mandatory-reporter intervals and the provider-manual topic list are not printed here because that text was not confirmed.
