State version
Every training Wyoming requires for direct support professionals, with the deadline and the official rule, so you can check each staff file before your next review. Participant-specific training not documented before the plan starts, a lapsed CPR card, and a training record that does not show how understanding was demonstrated are the items reviewers flag.
