Training & eTracking Solutions is proud to add a Connecticut compliance pathway to its LMS, and we couldn’t be happier to do it in our home state. We’re a small business in Tolland with staff in Fairfield, Bridgeport and New Haven, and after a year of building we finally have the product Connecticut’s IDD providers have been asking for.

Allow us to introduce ourselves
We curate the training pack to the state and to the provider. No one-size-fits-all library.
We’re a small business in the Constitution State, headquartered in Tolland, with staff in Fairfield, Bridgeport and New Haven. Historically we haven’t done much business with Connecticut’s IDD providers. After a year of building, we finally have the product for you, and we’re watching providers switch, save and get compliant.
We’re a little different from the online training providers you may be used to. Nobody drops a catalog on your staff and walks away. We curate a training pack to your state and your agency, work with you to build modules on the information that matters to your organization (your policies, your procedures, your people) and track all of it on a compliance pathway.
A compliance pathway is your Connecticut requirements laid out as a living checklist for each role: every DDS topic mapped to a course or to the evidence you upload, every staff member tracked against every item on its own renewal clock, and a dashboard that shows green when it’s satisfied and flags it when it’s due, certificate attached. When DDS asks, the answer is one screen.
We usually charge a bit more. For our home state we’re offering a launch discount: $40 per seat. Seems like a lot for a small agency? We offer growth-tier plans and packages too. It never hurts to start a conversation.
The Connecticut requirements, mapped
Connecticut DDS’s staff training procedure (II-D-Po-5, revised October 2024) applies to staff of DDS-qualified providers delivering residential, day and individualized home supports. Most topics are open to the training source you choose; abuse/neglect and ADA training must use DDS-approved curricula, and medication administration and behavior emergency training stay with the state. TeTS delivers the open topics, tracks the restricted ones, and runs every renewal.
Tracking a dozen-plus topics against mixed one- and two-year clocks is the real compliance burden in Connecticut, and it is where most quality service review findings originate. TeTS holds the whole grid as a live pathway: the open topics in the DDS staff training procedure delivered as courses and auto re-enrolled when a renewal is due, and the DDS-approved abuse/neglect and ADA curricula, medication administration certification dates and PMT/CPI/Nappi recertifications recorded beside them, so one record answers for every employee.
Beyond the mandate
The requirement mapping gets you compliant. The rest of the platform is why agencies stay: a 770-course library that includes CARF standards for various roles and the NADSP credential pathway, modern e-learning, and automation that chases completions so your managers don't have to.
The DDS training grid as a live checklist pathway, then your own policies and procedures built in as modules beside it. Every topic on its own annual or biennial clock, tracked per employee and evidence-ready for DDS.
Every staff member against every requirement in one live grid: green when satisfied, flagged when due, evidence attached — survey-ready at a glance.
The full library includes CARF-aligned pathways for various roles — employment services, community services, and program leadership — ready to check out and tailor to your programs.
The NADSP eBadge credential ladder is built into the platform — DSP-I through DSP-III competency areas, accredited hours, and testimonials, tracked automatically as your staff train.
A catalog of 770 public courses across human services — fully available to every learner on premium organization accounts.
Reach every member of your workforce — courses deliverable in up to 23 languages with localized narration and assessments.
Upload documents or build courses in-platform, and roll your own policies and procedures out beside the accredited catalog.
An AI care assistant for the floor: staff ask practice, policy, and procedure questions and get instant, reliable guidance grounded in their trainings.
Assign by group, auto-enroll new hires, auto-renew annual requirements, and let scheduled reminders chase completions for you.
Connecticut new-market pricing
We usually charge a bit more. Connecticut providers lock in the launch rate now and keep it at renewal. Smaller agency? Ask about growth-tier plans and packages.
Every seat, full platform, curated to Connecticut and to your agency.
For organizations with more than 500 staff members, pricing caps at $20,000 per year — no matter how far past 500 you grow. At 800 staff that's $25 per learner; at 1,500 it's under $14.
Locked into a platform that charges more and maps nothing to Connecticut's actual rule? Our team handles the entire migration — training records and certificates transfer into each learner's history and map to your pathways, so you never lose the ability to prove compliance. Plus 15 hours of setup consulting included.
How switching works

Our team takes your training records, hosts them, and maps them to your Connecticut pathway — so you keep proving compliance without a gap, no matter when the review comes.
Every new organization gets 15 hours of consulting to set up the platform and build any trainings you need.
It's 15 hours to set up the next 15 years.
Tell us a little about your agency and we'll present the platform live, then give every stakeholder demo access — with the $40-per-learner new-market rate locked in through December.
