RN supervision and skills sign-offs on the same grid
A registered nurse supervises in-service training (42 CFR 484.80(d)(1)), and the competency evaluation includes skills observed on a patient or pseudo-patient (484.80(c)). Each sits next to the courses as its own row, with the sign-off or document attached, so one grid shows who is complete.

In-Service for 30 aides: $175 a month
CareAcademy's published Essentials price for up to 30 seats is $269 a month. That's $94 less a month, or $1,128 less a year.
Billed monthly, on a 12-month term that renews each year. One seat is one aide with a training login during your contract year.
Under 30 aides, you pay our 30-aide rate for each aide, with no minimum.

Their page says a seat is an active care staff member and requires a 1-year contract that renews annually. Their prices may have changed since.

Optional add-on
Get your aides trained on the patient they’re visiting.
Your nurse, or a family member, records a short video, or you build a short presentation from the patient’s care instructions. Aides go through it before the visit, so they arrive prepared and confident, and it’s on their training record.
It builds on something you already do: aides are assigned to a specific patient with written care instructions from the registered nurse (42 CFR 484.80(g)(1); for hospice aides, 418.76(g)(1)).
